Absolutely. We send email updates at every key milestone: order confirmation → production start → shipment departure from Shenzhen → arrival at European hub → tracking number → delivery. You'll never be left wondering.

We ship worldwide from our European fulfilment centre. Belgium and the Netherlands receive orders in 1–3 business days. The rest of the world typically receives orders within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Free shipping is included on all Expedition Kit orders. Shipping costs for other bundles are calculated at checkout based on your location.
