30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your SURVION to request a return. No questions asked โ€” if you're not satisfied, we'll arrange a return.

Item Must Be Unused & in Original Packaging
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received โ€” unused, with all original accessories and packaging intact.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your SURVION arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at info@survion.shop with a photo. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Full Refund for Pre-Orders
If you change your mind before your SURVION has shipped, you can cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund โ€” no penalty.
How to Return

Email us
Send an email to info@survion.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24โ€“48 hours.

Get your return label
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label (for defective items) or instructions for returning the package at your cost (for non-defective returns).

Ship it back
Pack the item securely and ship it back to our European hub using the instructions we provide. Keep your tracking number.

Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3โ€“5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Bundles must be returned complete โ€” partial bundle returns are not accepted.
